A delegation of Russia Muftis Council, headed by RMC deputy chairman Rushan hazrat Abbyasov, is taking part in the 2nd OIC Halal Middle East Exhibition & Congress that are organized under the auspices of his highness sheikh Sultan bin Mohamed al-Qasimi, member of the Supreme Council of the United Arab Emirates and current ruler of the Sharjah emirate, and the Halal Development Council of Pakistan.

The event is taking place in the exhibition centre of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. Rushan hazrat Abbyasov has delivered a speech within the framework of halal congress. Delegation of Russia Muftis Council also included head of RMC Economics department, director of Moscow Halal Expo Madina Kalimullina and director of the international relations department of International Centre of Standardization and Certification "Halal" Samat Sadykov.

The exhibition included an exhibit booth of Russia Muftis Council with presentation of its activities and organized events, including international exhibition Moscow Halal Expo.

Halal Middle East 2013 became a common platform for scientists and scholars, experts and specialists of halal industry and halal enterprises from over 20 countries.
