An end-of-year meeting of all departments of Russia Muftis Council took place in the conference hall of the organization. The participants of the meeting discussed the events and conferences organized by Russia Muftis Council this year, including Mawlid an-Nabi, Moscow International Qur'an Reciting Competition, Ramadan Tent, Moscow Halal Expo, All-Russia Children's Holiday Camp "Muslim" and others.

In his opening speech, deputy chairman of Russia Muftis Council, head of RMC administration Rushan hazrat Abbyasov said that despite a number of difficulties, all major plans for this year have been implemented, and much was done for the development of the Muslim Ummah of Russia. Heads of RMC departments gave reports on the progress of the implementation of the plan of Ravil Gaynutdin for years 2012−2017.

According to Rushan hazrat Abbyasov, the scope of activities of RMC administration in 2013 was wide and included education, charity, culture, international, social and economical activities. He also stressed the productive cooperation with the regional Spiritual Administrations of Muslims and Muslim communities. Deputy chairman of Russia Muftis Council proposed arranging online conferences and meetings with the staffs of regional SAMs for more effective and close coordination of activity.

Heads of all departments, in their turn, discussed their plans for 2014, primarily aimed at socialization of the Ummah and active cooperation with society as a whole.
