Deputy chairman of Russia Muftis Council Rushan hazrat Abbyasov took part in the session of a new Public Council of the Moscow Department of the Russian Ministry of Interior.

During the session, head of administration of Russia Muftis Council Rushan hazrat Abbyasov was given an ID of a member of Public Council. Lieutenant General Anatoly Yakunun delivered a speech before the audience. Members of the PC also voted for the chairman of the Public Council, his deputies and the executive secretary.

Members of the Public Council discussed the topic "Role of the Public Council of the Russian Ministry of Interior in forming a favourable image of the staff if internal affairs ministry".
