Festival of National Cuisine of Muslim Peoples, organized by Russia Muftis Council and International Center of Standardization and Certification “Halal”, has been concluded in Moscow within the framework of Moscow Halal Expo.

The primary goal of the event was promotion of national cultures and cuisines of the Muslim peoples of Russia and other countries, healthy food and halal principles in cooking and eating.

Restaurant Livan House and Tatar Pies Company delighted the visitors with kebabs with meat and all kinds of pies. Chief cook of Ossetian Pies Company prepared spiced Shah-pilaf right in front of the spectators. Association of Malay women and Tatar and Ingush women presented their national cuisines. Barista of Caffe Agust has presented workshop on making oriental coffee.

Festival participants and representatives of company Azercay served their fine cuisine to the guests of the exhibition.
