A session of Islamic business practice was concluded today in Business Forum, which is a part of Moscow Halal Expo 2013.

One of the speakers was Magomet Yandiev, an associate professor of the faculty of economics of Moscow State University. He told of the issue of Islamic rating of companies who manufacture halal products. This rating is on early formation stage in Russia, and it’s a necessary requirement for obtaining a higher rank in business community.

In the course of the event, highest rank “A” of Sharia compliance was awarded to the first Russian financial company. This is a milestone event for Russian halal industry.

Other speakers included Head of RMC Economic Department Madina Kalimullina and certified expert in Sharia and Islamic Finance Bulat Mulyukov.
