At the invitation of His Excellency Muhammad Ahmed Al Jaber, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United Arab Emirates to the Russian Federation, a delegation from the Religious Board of Muslims of the Russian Federation took part in a reception organised on the occasion of the UAE National Day. The delegation included Mufti Rushan Abbyasov and Ildar Nurimanov, Deputy Chairmen of the Religious Board of Muslims of the Russian Federation, and Renat Islyamov, Vice-Rector for Research at the Moscow Islamic Institute.

Mr Rushan Hazrat conveyed to Mr Ambassador and in his person the words of greetings and congratulations on behalf of the spiritual leader of the Muslims of Russia, Mufti Sheikh Ravil Gainutdin, to the leadership and brotherly people of the United Arab Emirates. In his conversation with Mr Al Jaber, he noted the positive dynamics of Russian-Emirati relations, and stressed the close contacts and ties between the RBM of the Russian Federation and the relevant government departments and religious organisations of the UAE, the development of which takes place with the active assistance of the UAE Embassy in Russia. Rushan Hazrat personally thanked Mr Ambassador for supporting humanitarian and spiritual-educational projects implemented by RBM RF.

In conclusion, he prayerfully wished the United Arab Emirates and the people of this wonderful country peace, well-being and prosperity, as well as the Creator's infinite mercy and His support in all good deeds.
