My dear brother, Mufti Muqaddas Hazrat!

On behalf of the Religious Board of Muslims of the Russian Federation and on my own behalf I cordially congratulate you and in your person all brothers and sisters on the 30th anniversary of the Religious Board of Muslims of the Volga region.

Exactly 30 years ago, on October 30, 1994, the history of the religious organisation that devoted itself to serving the Russian Ummah began. Since then, the Religious Board of Muslims of the Volga region has been tirelessly engaged in socially significant enlightenment and educational activities, paying special attention to strengthening inter-ethnic and inter-religious peace and harmony in society, educating the younger generation in the spirit of Islamic values, involving young people in active social activities, forming civic solidarity and a sense of patriotism.

Undoubtedly, the existence of such a strong spiritual brotherhood for three decades is based on the wisdom and great efforts of its spiritual leader. I highly appreciate your role in creating good ties between Muslim communities and institutions of our country, your contribution to the enlightenment of society, popularisation of the Muslim spiritual and cultural heritage of Russia.

On this significant day, dear Muqaddas Hazrat, I prayerfully wish you the mercy and blessings of Almighty Allah, inspiration and success in implementing ideas and doing good deeds for the enlightenment of the Russian Ummah and for the benefit of our Fatherland.
