Rushan Abbyasov, first deputy chairman of the Russia Muftis Council, deputy chairman of the Religious Board of Muslims of Russia, visited the United Arab Emirates Embassy in Moscow, where left a note in the book of condolences in memory of His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, former President of the UAE.
While speaking to the UAE Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Russian Federation, Mr Muhammad Al Jaber, Rushan Abbyasov expressed his sincere condolences to the UAE government and people on the passing away of the President who had done much for the country's development. He prayed to the Almighty to grant patience and strength to the family and the entire Emirati people .
"I am sure that the efforts and work that constitute the foundation of this country thanks to its founder His Highness Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan and his son, the late His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed, will be continued by the next generations of UAE rulers for the prosperity and development of their country, " said Rushan Abbyasov.
The Ambassador thanked for the visit and expressed hope for the further development of relations between the two countries, including those related to religious affairs.
