The working visit of the delegation of the Russian Muftis Council, headed by Deputy Chairman of the RMC Rushan khazrat Abbyasov is taking place. The delegation includes Director of the International Department of the Russian Muftis Council Renat hazrat Abyanov and Director of the International Centre for Standardization and Certification "Halal" for RMC Gazizov Aydar, who joined them after the completion of the International Conference on the Food Supply Control "Halal", held in Ar Riyadh under the patronage of King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz.

During the visit, the representatives of the Russian Muftis Council held a productive meeting with First Deputy Minister of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs of the State of Kuwait Dr. Adel Falyakh at which the plan of the Russian Muftis Council in 2012 was considered, and discussed the latest developments in the religious life of the Russian Muslims. The meeting was attended by the Ministry official Turco Daudov.

Dr. Falyakh praised the work of the Russian Muftis Council, emphasizing a balanced policy of the Chairman of the RMC Mufti Sheikh Ravil Gaynutdin. Deputy Minister, who knows the life of Muslims of Russia firsthand, said that the best response to the provocations and attacks of enemies are human actions.

"Just the Russian Muftis Council for many years proved to be a worthy partner, who knows how to implement the popular and interesting programs that promote the development of Islamic values," - Dr. Adel Falyakhov said, who confirmed his intention to assist in the implementation of the programs of the Russian Muftis Council.

Separately, the question about the construction of mosques in Moscow was raised. Rushan hazrat reported on a recent meeting of Mufti Sheikh Ravil Gaynutdin with the Mayor of Moscow, Sergei Sobyanin, during which the allocation of land for construction of new mosques in Moscow is positively considered.

The Deputy Minister expressed interest on the reconstruction of the Moscow Cathedral Mosque. He reiterated the urgency and demand for a decent multi-million dollar mosque in the metropolis, which must meet current requirements and to be the main mosque for the Muslims not only in Moscow but also for Russia, since Moscow mosque is a symbol of Islam in Russia.

Deputy Chairman of the RMC Rushan hazrat Abbyasov thanked Dr. Adel Falyakh c for his always wise position, after which Rushan hazrat gave a detailed account of progress and planned work of the RMC.

At the end of the meeting both sides expressed hope for continuation of active cooperation and partnership, aimed at the good of the Faithful.
