At the residence of the Religious Board of Muslims of European part of Russia in Moscow a meeting devoted to the Report 2011 of the Board and the Office of DUMER (RBMER) took place.

By the traditional Muslim greeting the session was opened by the Chairman of the Russian Muftis Council, the Religious Board of Muslims of European part of Russia (Moscow mutfiyat), Mufti Sheikh Ravil Gaynutdin.

The meeting was opened by reading the Holy Quran by Imam-mukhtasib of St. Petersburg and Leningrad region Munir khazrat Beyusov.

The audience offered up prayers to the Almighty God for the souls of the departed in 2011 and early 2012's imams, including the deceased rector of the Institute of Theology and International Relations, Maksud Sadikov, Imam Arthur Manukyan, who was shot in Yaroslavl Cathedral Mosque, Mufti of Mordovii Abdulkarim Hazrat Abdrashitlov who was killed in a car accident, etc.

The Ambassador at Large of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Konstantin Shuvalov, Head of Department for Cooperation with Religious Organizations of the Presidential Administration Ilya Barinov, Deputy Head of the Department of Interregional cooperation, national policy and relations with religious organizations of the Moscow City at the Moscow Government Konstantin Blazhenov spoke with greetings to the audience.

The Chairman of the Audit Commission of DUMER Jafar Faizrakhmanov gave a brief report of financial records and accounting.

The chairman of the Religious Board of Muslims of European part of Russia, Mufti Sheikh Ravil Gaynutdin spoke with the report to the audience. He reported on the passed during 2011 and early 2012 meetings with President Dmitry Medvedev and Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin, on the revitalization of renovation of the Moscow Cathedral Mosque and the increasing pace of construction of the main object of the complex - the mosque. Also Mufti said about the personnel policy, the trainings of young imams, qualification and certification trainings of current imams and testing of job applicants for Imams and Chairmen of TSROM and MROM.

Participants of the meeting welcomed the outcome of the work and achievements of staff of DUMER in 2011. Positive message was received about the changes in the board of the Fund for support of Islamic culture, science and education, one of the founders of which is the Russian Muftis Council and about establishment of a fair and transparent allocation scheme for grants.
