In a festive day for Muslims - Friday before Juma prayers the Chairman of the Russian Muftis Council, the Chairman of the Religious Board of Muslims of European part of Russia, Mufti Sheikh Ravil Gaynutdin blessed activities of the Autonomous nonprofit Center for Legal Aid, "Adalet - Justice", registered in the Directorate of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation in Moscow, March 11, 2012.

The need to establish such a center is long overdue, since the purpose and objectives of the new organization are to provide services to the public in the field of law, assist in the implementation of state policy on legal education of the population, the development of legal culture and legal consciousness of citizens.

 The founder of the ANO Center of Legal Aid "Adalet - Justice" is a centralized religious organization of the Religious Board of Muslims of European part of Russia (Moscow Muftiyat).

According to the Charter of the Center, approved by Decree of the Presidium of DUMER, ANO Legal Assistance Centre, "Adalet - Justice" will also protect the rights and lawful interests of citizens, organizations, assist in resolving disputes and conflicts, provide legal assistance.

Within its work the Center for Legal Aid, "Adalet - Justice" will provide the legally guaranteed rights and interests of socially vulnerable people, migrants, displaced persons and refugees.

For greater efficiency of the new organization it is supposed to create an information network using advanced telecommunication solutions to legal problems.

As part of achieving the goals set in the Charter, according to the decision of the Board and with the blessing of Mufti Sheikh Ravil Gaynutdin, every Friday after collective Juma prayers in the of the Moscow Cathedral Mosque staff of the ANO Legal Assistance Centre, "Adalet - Justice" will hold workshops, discussions on the most pressing issues of adaptation and the legal assistance for migrant workers.

Shabanov Magomedshamil M. was appointed to the post of the Director of Legal Aid Center of ANO "Adalet - Justice".

 Shabanov Magomedshamil M. has Ph.D.in philology and was educated at the Dagestan State University, graduated with honors from two faculties (Faculty of Philology and Law), has experience in teachings in DSU, and also he is a state linguist -expert of GU "Center for Forensic Inquiry of Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation."
