The Expert Council will be established under the Presidential Commissioner for the Rights of the Child. The first meeting of the Council on the topic "Russia - without orphans" will be held April 20, 2012. On behalf of the Russian Muftis Council and the Religious Board of Muslims of European part of Russia the Deputy Chairman of the RMC and DUMER Saubyanov Hazrat Harith will attend the meetings of the Council.

As Harith Hazrat told us, this Expert Council is created in order to attract professionals and experts to participate in solving actual problems of state policy in the sphere of family, motherhood, fatherhood and childhood, to the examination of drafts of federal laws and other normative legal acts of the Russian Federation, activization of interaction with the scientific community, civil society institutions on the preservation and protection of child rights.

The Expert Council "Russia - without orphans" will include experts who are professionally engaged in the safety and protection of the rights and interests of children and families with minor children, including representatives of government agencies, scientific and educational institutions.
