A representative delegation of Muslims from China is staying with the visit to Russia.

The residence of the Russian Muftis Council hosted today the meeting between the guests and the leadership of RMC and DUMER. Guests were received by the First Deputy Mufti Hazrat Damir Gizatullin, the deputy and chief of staff of RMC Rushan hazrat Abbyasov, head of the Hajj and Umrah Departament Hazrat Rashid Khalikov, head of the International Department of RMC Renat hazrat Abyanov. The Russian side during the meeting was also represented by Marat Zaynetdinov - a representative of the Chairman of the Federation Council, the Commissioner for hajj Umakhanov IM-C. and representatives of the Russian Muftis Council tour.

Welcoming the guests, Damir Hazrat Gizatullin conveyed on behalf the RMC Chairman Mufti Sheikh Ravil Gaynutdin greetings and wishes for further development of mutually beneficial cooperation, which began with the signing of the 2008 Memorandum of Cooperation between the Russian Muftis Council and the Muslim Association of China.

The guests conveyed welcoming wishes on behalf of the President of the Muslim Association of China Hilalundin Chen Guangyuana.

The arrival of the delegation is the latest in a series of meetings in recent years. Each trip is not just a familiarization with the successes of the brothers of the faith, but also allows to learn from the neighbors for the benefit of the organization of our Muslim communities.

The composition of the delegation, which included twelve men, specified the theme of the visit - the exchange of experience in organizing Hajj.

It turned out that in China this issue is under copmetence of twenty ministries. Among them: the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Security, the Supreme Court, Office of Air and others.

Guests with great interest and scrupulous attention, specifying the details acquainted with experience in organizing Hajj in contemporary Russia.

Among the interested members of the delegation of the questions were: structure, subordination, and the distribution of authorities of the state, government and public organizations on the issue of Hajj and Umrah, the coordination of transportation. In addition to general, global issues were also specific, including the training of the pilgrims, the organization of living and nutrition, medical care during the pilgrimage.

Damir Hazrat, Rushan hazrat and invited representatives answered questions from the guests, who received gifts and souvenirs.

Guests were also invited to visit the upcoming exhibition in June, Moscow Halal Expo 2012 and official invitation to participate in the Moscow International Competition of Quran recitation, which this year will be held in October.

The visit is also included familiarization with the work of departments of development assistance, in particular, the International Department and Department of social charity. Visiting mosques in Moscow and a trip to St. Petersburg.
