3rd Gulf Conference on Halal Industry and Services that brought together many representatives from European as well as the Middle Eastern countries, has been concluded in Kuwait.

The delegation of Russia Muftis Council, represented by deputy head of RMC administration Renat hazrat Abyanov, head of RMC international department Ildar Galeev and deputy head of the international relations department of International Centre of Standardization and Certification "Halal" Samat Sadykov, took part in the conference and the exhibition within the framework of this event.

The closing ceremony was attended by will-known spiritual and political figures of Kuwait and was extensively covered by the Gulf media. A resolution was adopted following the conference.

It is worth noting that the development of halal industry in Russia sparked a lot of interest among the organizers and the visitors of the congress, who welcomed the initiative voiced in the address of Chairman of Russia Muftis Council mufti sheikh Ravil Gaynutdin: "Halal and our blessed religion must be our way of life, our strong argument that can and must resist insatiable consumption."

Renat hazrat Abyanov and Ildar hazrat Galeev gave interviews to the largest TV channels and magazines, telling of the life of Muslims in Russia and the development of halal industry in the country.
