A solemn event devoted to the 70th anniversary of Russian-Lebanese relations took place in the embassy of Lebanon. On the invitation of extraordinary and plenipotentiary ambassador of the Lebanese Republic in Russian Federation Mr Shawki Abu Nasar, the event was attended by first deputy chairman of Russia Muftis Council Rushan hazrat Abbyasov.

During the reception, Rushan hazrat Abbyasov conveyed the greetings and congratulation words of the Chairman of Russia Muftis Council, spiritual leader of Russia's Muslims mufti sheikh Ravil Gaynutdin and expressed his hope for future cooperation and strengthening of relations between countries.
