A season of lesser hajj, 'umrah, that will last until the end of Ramadan, has started.

"And complete the Hajj and 'umrah for Allah" (Qur'an, sura al-Baqarah, ayah 196).

A company of Russia Muftis Council, Muslim Tour, has sent the first group of pilgrims to 'umrah to visit the three holy cities of Mecca, Medina and Jerusalem. The group is headed by RMC deputy chairman Rushan hazrat Abbyasov.

In the fall of 2013, Muslim Tour helped over 1000 pilgrims to perform their hajj.
