Foreign education office of the International department of Russia Muftis Council and the Government of Brunei Darussalam present a system of student grants for the education of Russian students on religious and secular courses of bachelor, master and doctoral programmes in three universities of Brunei Darussalam:

- University of Brunei Darussalam (Universiti Brunei Darussalam)
- Sultan Sharif Ali Islamic University (Universiti Islam Sultan Sharif Ali)
- Brunei Institute of Technology (Institut Teknologi Brunei)

The receiving party pays for the education, dormitory accomodation since the first day of education, an economy class roundtrip ticket, educational allowance of 13 thousand rubles, annual textbook expenses of 15.5 thousand rubles and monthly meal expenses worth 4 thousand rubles.

Successful candidate must be a citizen of Russian Federation of the age 18 to 25 years for bachelor programme and not older than 35 for master and doctoral programmes.

In case if students do not score minimal points at exams, their educational allowances will be canceled. Students cannot leave Brunei for more than 30 days each year without prior permission of the governement of Brunei.

The last day for submitting documents is January 15, 2014.

Applicants are adviced to prepare documents in advance.

Candidates should fill in and send the copies of required documents. A list of specializations offered by the universities, order forms and additional requirements for each specialization are listed on muslimworld.ru.
