Russian Muslims are saddened by the news of the suicide attack in the underground of the capital of Belarus. On behalf of the Russian Mufties Council, we express deep condolences to the relatives of the dead, and we pray for the preservation of life of injured and suffered.

We pray to the Almighty Creator of the repose of the souls of the dead. We wish all residents of Belarus firmness, patience and courage in overcoming tragedy.

To the committers of this terrorist act - the customers and performers of this act- we recall the warning of our God that is in the Quran: "Whoever intentionally bring death, his last place will be Hinnom. " Allah will punish the perpetrators of this crime, everyone who carries the death and does evil!
