Mufti Rushan Abbyasov, Deputy Chairman of the Religious Board of Muslims of the Russian Federation (RBM), visited the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Moscow, where he conveyed condolences on behalf of RBM Chairman Grand Mufti Sheikh Ravil Gaynutdin and Russia's Muslim community following the deaths of innocent civilians due to external aggression.

In an entry in the Book of Condolences and during discussions with H.E. Kazem Jalali, Iran's Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Russia, Mufti Rushan Abbyasov stated that Russian Muslims strongly condemn the acts of aggression that resulted in the deaths of Iranian citizens, actions which blatantly violate international norms and humanitarian principles.

The RBM Deputy Chairman offered prayers for patience and resilience to the Iranian people, strength to the families of the victims, and swift recovery to the injured.
