Completing the working visit to North Africa, the Deputy Chairman of the Russian Muftis Council Rushan hazrat Abbyasov visited the capital of Morocco - Rabat.

One of the working meetings was the meeting with the leader of the Justice and Development Party Abdelilyah bin Kieran. The party, headed by him, won the last election and now forms the government. Abdelilyah will soon lead the government.

At the meeting were Rushan hazrat Abbyasov conveyed the greetings of the leader of Russian Muslims Ravil Gaynutdin and spoke about the situation of Muslims in Russia. He also noted that Muslims in Russia followed the events that were taking place in the Arab world especially. The power can be possessed by moderate Muslims who are trying to develop a society based on freedom, justice and equality.

Abdelilyah bin Kieran showed the interest in the Rushan hazrat speech. He expressed with pleasure readiness to develop cooperation and to strengthen friendly relations between our countries.

The second meeting was held with the Deputy Secretary General of the Islamic Organization for Education, Science and Culture (ISESCO), Dr. Mukhtar Ahmad. ISESCO was established May 3, 1982 as a specialized agency of OIC, including 57 countries. ISESCO headquarters is located in Rabat (Morocco).

The Deputy Chairman of the RMC spoke about joint ventures with Arab countries, including the Kingdom of Morocco projects, in particular, the Quran reciters Competition, Moscow Halal Expo Exhibition, etc.

The receiving party expressed a genuine interest in modern problems of the Muslims of Russia and the proposed ways to solve them by the leadership of highly appraised in the Arab world's leading Muslim organization – the RMC. As results of the meeting the sides agreed on cooperation and development between countries.
