The fund of the World Islamic Economic Forum (WIEF) with the support of the Embassy of Malaysia and Embassy of Kazakhstan in Russia, the Malaysian Development Corporation of Foreign Trade (MATRADE) and the Russian Mufties Council organizes a round table of the WIEF in Moscow, which will be held April 13 at the Ritz Carlton.

This round table is held on the eve of the “Islamic Davos”  - the Seventh World Islamic Economic Forum, which is to take place June 7-9, 2011 in the capital of Kazakhstan.

The round table participants will discuss the most topical issues of Islamic banking, finance and various industries, the production of halal. The main topics of discussion are "Business opportunities in the halal industry”, “Islamic banking and finance: in search of new markets. " The Russian representatives will present a report - "Business opportunities in the halal industry: a view from the Russian side. "

The round table will be attended by: the Secretary-General of the Fund of the WIEF Tan Shri-Ahmad Bin Fuzi Abdul Razak, the CEO of the Malaysian Development Corporation of Halal industry (HDC), the founder and chairman of the Association for the development of alternative instruments and financial innovation (ASSAIF) Alberto Brun’oni (Italy), the founder and CEO of the investment and financial services company “Al-Shams Capital” Adalat Jabiyev, the chairman of the Committee for Development of Small and Medium Enterprises of the Republic of Tatarstan Linar Yakupov, the CEO of  the International Business Group Amanah Raya Capital Group Sdn Bhd Abas Bin A. Jalil (Malaysia). The presenter of a round table will be Datuk Mohamed Kamil Azahari, the CEO of the Asian Finance Bank (Malaysia).

The round table of WIFE is a great platform to discuss opportunities for business partnerships in the Muslim world for government officials, business community and academia.
