Ildar Galeyev, head of the International Department of the Religious Board of Muslims of the Russian Federation, deputy chairman of the Russian Muftis Council, attended the Gulfood international exhibition in the United Arab Emirates as part of the delegation of the Moscow City Government.

The Moscow Government delegates were offered a business programme and conducted a number of high-level meetings. The delegates met the long-standing partners of the Religious Board of Muslims of the Russian Federation in the UAE, Ms Farah Al-Zarouni, UAE Deputy Minister of Industry and Innovative Technologies,  and Mr Abdullah Al-Saleh, UAE First Deputy Minister of Economy. It should be noted that Mr Abdullah Al-Saleh has repeatedly participated in the events of the Religious Board of Muslims of the Russian Federation and the Russia Muftis Council. Among other things, he was one of the main participants of the events organised by the RBMRF in partnership with relevant Russian organisations and agencies within the framework of the Kazan Summit and the International Forum "Made in Russia".

The Moscow government delegation also arranged meetings with the heads of the Dubai and Sharjah Chambers of Commerce and Industry and the management of the Masdar City Technopark in Abu Dhabi.
