At the invitation of the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the Russian Federation, Mr Abdulrahman Al-Ahmed, Rushan Abbyasov (first Deputy Chairman of the Russia Muftis Council, Deputy Chairman of the Religious Board of Muslims of the Russian Federation) and Ildar Galeyev (Deputy Chairman of the Russian Muftis Council, Deputy Chairman of the Religious Board of Muslims of the Russian Federation) took part in a reception dedicated to the Saudi National Day.

Rushan Abbyasov conveyed greetings and congratulations to Mr Ambassador on behalf of Mufti Sheikh Ravil Gainutdin and congratulated the people of Saudi Arabia on this significant day. During the conversation Rushan Abbyasov noted that Russian and Saudi Muslims maintained close ties in humanitarian, scientific, educational, religious, cultural and other fields. He also emphasised that the cooperation agreement between the RBMRF, the RMC and the Ministry of Islamic Affairs of the KSA contributed to such productive cooperation.

In conclusion, Rushan Abbyasov wished Mr Al-Ahmed and all the people of Saudi Arabia peace, prosperity, and Allah's support in achieving their goals.
