Mufti Sheikh Ravil Gainutdin and the Grand Mufti of Egypt Shawki Ibrahim Allam will take part in the 16th International Readings named after Galimjan Baroudi, which will take place at the Moscow Cathedral Mosque on September 21-22.  

The Grand Mufti of Egypt Shawki Ibrahim Allam arrived in Russia upon the invitation of the religious leader of Russian Muslims. He will also take part in the 2nd International Symposium on fatwa issuing in Russia. This event is dedicated to fatwa issuing methodology and presentation of diplomas to the members of the RBMRF Ulema Council due to the completion of the "Theory and methodology of Islamic law (usul l-fiqh)" course from the Egyptian Fatwa Authority;

On Friday the sermon of the Grand Mufti of Egypt will be delivered from the minbar of the Moscow Cathedral Mosqu. He will also deliver a lecture at the Moscow Islamic Institute.
