First Deputy Chairman of the Russia Muftis Council, Deputy Chairman of the Religious Board of Muslims of the Russian Federation Rushan Abbyasov met with Mr Ismail Ozturk, Director of the Russian Representative Office of Turkish Airlines. The meeting was attended by the President of "Muslim Group" Ammar Ismail Hijjavi, General Director of the RMC official tour operator "Muslim Tour" Ali Gurdin and Counsellor for Religious Affairs of the Turkish Embassy in Russia Omar Faruk Savuran.

The parties discussed the conditions for Russian pilgrims' air travel to Mecca and Medina. Rushan Abbyasov noted that the company "Muslim Tour" has proven to be a reliable tour operator and that a large number of Russian Muslims choose its services for Hajj and Umrah trips. He noted that this requires a high level of organisation and commitment at all stages, especially those related to logistics. The First Deputy Chairman of the RMC expressed hope that Turkish Airlines will continue to provide exceptional services and allow for some flexibility in terms of prices.
