On August, 24, head of International Department of the Russian Muftis Council, Ildar Galeyev, and a leading expert of the International Department, Dr Salim Zallam, received a delegation of Bulgarian Muslims.

The Bulgarian side was represented by Hristo Marinov, chairman of the National Unity Fund, and Nikolay Pankov, head of administration of the chairman of the Supreme Religious Council.

Ildar Galeyev informed the delegates about the activity of religious institutions that form a part of the Russian Muftis Council. He also spoke about projects and events held by the Russian Muftis Council and the Spiritual Board of Muslims of Russia.

The guests told about their varied programme and their visit to Crimea.

After the meeting the guests enjoyed a guided tour of the Moscow Cathedral Mosques and were given souvenirs.
