This great Victory is a priceless legacy of our people. We must carefully cherish the memory of our fathers and grandfathers who defended the freedom and independence of our homeland, who returned the humanity to peaceful life again. And we must pass this historical truth to our children and grandchildren.

I am sure that the Victory Day will always remain a symbol of our national triumph, our people's unity, military glory and labour merit.
