On May 24 -25 2008 in the Conference hall of Religious board of Muslims of the European part of Russia Moscow All-Russia Olympiad of the students of Islamic schools will take place.

In the contest for knowledge of the Holy Quran, Ahadeeth, Sira and Fikhul Islam the representatives of Russian Islamic Universities, madrasas and maktabs will compete during the weekend. Among the regions represented will be Tatarstan, Dagestan, the Republic of Karelia , the Republic of Mordovia , Tver’ region, Rostov region, and other.

Among the Jury members are authoritative scholars and religious leaders of Russia , Turkey , Iran and Egypt .

The opening ceremony will start at 10 a.m.
