International RelationsEducation OfficeRussia Mufties Council regards education as the main resouce for future development of the Muslim society determining the role of Muslim community in the life of the country and on the world scene. Education abroad is one of the directions of education of Muslims from Russia. Education Office was created in 2006. The main objective of the Office is to provide Muslims from Russia with the best education, both Secular and Islamic, possible nowadays. Russia Mufties Council regards education abroad as one of the streamlines for educating Russian youth. The main directions of Education abroad are:
Annually students from Russia enter world famous Islamic Universities, among which are "Al Azhar", International Islamic University Malaysia, and others, each year some of the universities provide with a quota for scholarship programms for education. In the yesr 2007 Russia Mufties Council signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Islamic Development bank for providing diligent Muslims students from Russia with a scholarship as qard hasan for studying in a higher institution.
