The statement of the Russian Mufties Council
The Russian Mufties Council angrily condemned the terrorist acts in the Moscow subway 29th of March.
In the Holy Quran killing of innocent person on the harmfulness and degree of sinfulness is equivalent to killing all mankind: “Whoever kills a soul it is as if he had slain mankind entirely” (The Holy Quran, 5:32).
Extremism and terrorism have no ground in the Holy Quran and Sunnah of the Prophet (s.w.s).
A terrorist can’t be a Muslim and Muslim can’t be a terrorist.
The Almighty Allah says: “Verily, the believers are but brothers, so make settlement between your brothers. And fear Allah that you may receive mercy!” (The Holy Quran, 49:10).
The Almighty Allah says, according to sayings of the Prophet (s.w.s): “O My servants, I have forbidden any oppression toward Myself, and forbidden it to you against each other, and therefore do not infringe on the honor or the property <SPAN onmouseover="this.style.backgroundtitle=", ни на жизни друг друга»." onmouseout="this.style.background>or on each other's lives”.
The Messenger of Allah (s.w.s) said: “A truly believer [mu’min, who belived in the Lord with heart] is the one with whom people [regardless of whether they are believers or atheists] feel calm and safe]”.
The Russian Mufties Council on the behalf of all Muslims express support to the efforts for the state enforcement actions to preserve stability.
The Russian Mufties Council, the Presidium of the Religious Board of Muslims of the European part of Russia express their deepest condolences to the families and friends of the victims of the terrorist act.
This tragedy is deep pain in the hearts of Russian Muslims. We sincerily share the sorrow and loss and pray the Almighty God to send to the families and friends of the victims the courage and wise forbearance. We wish a speedy recovery to all who injured physically and mentally.
May the Almighty God grant mercy to the souls of the
victims, take them and give rest, to honor them a deserved place in the World
Eternal.
