Dear Brother!

During my first visit to the Russian Federation in November 12 - 16 upon your kind invitation, I had the honour to be with you, your Excellency, and also with dear friends and I was happy to learn the hard work and important activity, which was conducted by you for the future of our religion.

After my visit of the Moscow Islamic University, after the conversation with rector of this university and especially after my participation in the conference on the theme “Studying the theology and development of the religious education in Russia and in the world”, I approve your common efforts, directed to the preparing of the educated and high-qualified people in the religious field, where knowledge has another place and another worth. 

I really believe that You possessing high experience and respect in the Russian Federation, and also taking into account your appeal to brothers concerning the peaceful existence with other religions and cultures are in the advanced guard of defenders of the social world in the Russian Federation.

The Protocol that was signed in November, 14, 2008, on Friday between the Russia mufti Council and  Ministry for religious affairs of Turkey will give possibility to develop the existing cooperation between us and will entrust the extra responsibility. Taking in attention the spiritual nearness and nearness of our opinions, I’m sure, that our mutual activities will be directed not only to the nearness of our souls and boards, but it will also give а separate mite and reliability to the developing attitudes between friendly Russia and Turkey.

In this regard I want to thank you in my name and from all members of the delegation your friendly hospitality and for the warmth, that we received and I pray the Supreme to send you health, prosperity and successes, witnessing my respect to Your Excellency and your collegues.
